It helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a quick description of what happened. A screenshot goes a long way if something looks off.

Where your journal is stored

Corklist keeps your wines, notes, and ratings on your device. There's no account and no cloud sync. You can export your journal as a CSV file from the Journal tab and keep it somewhere you trust, like iCloud Drive or Files.

Reading labels

When you add a photo of a label, Corklist tries to read what's printed on it. That happens entirely on your device. Labels vary a lot, so it's worth double checking what it fills in.

Troubleshooting

• If the app looks out of date, quit and reopen it.
• If your palate isn't showing much yet, rate a few more wines. It needs at least 3 before it starts showing detail.
• If a photo won't attach, check that Corklist has camera or photo library access in your device Settings.
